Hi there! We’re so excited to team up with you to pull off something that’s going to be absolutely incredible.

The Launch & Leads summit is a 5-day event that will help Designers, Developers, Copywriters, VA’s and coaches grow their audience and sell their digital products or offers by running Summits, Bundles and Challenges

On this page, you’ll find all kinds of resources meant to make your life as a speaker as easy as possible and answer any questions you might have.

While this is the first edition of the Launch & Leads summit, we have hosted our Page Builder Summit 4 times before and are always getting amazing feedback from our speakers on the way the summit is run and the return on their time investment. So we’re hoping that you are as excited as we are about this newest summit.

How it'll all work

Let’s do a quick rundown of how this event will work.

The summit will run from 10 - 14 October 2022 with 5-7 presentations a day. Presentations will include 20-30 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch) and a live chat. 

While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to attend their presentation time live to interact with attendees in the chatbox. There is no video component, so attendance in pjs is recommended 😉

Along with the live presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

The additional Facebook live is not required. But those who did it in our previous summit had a great time and the attendees loved it!

There will also be live sessions for attendees and  purchasers of the Launch & Leads PremiumPack. Attendance as a speaker isn't required, but of course you're more than welcome to join us!

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running we’ll be promoting the Launch & Leads PremiumPack. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, workbooks, transcripts, special sessions as well as additional bonuses we’ll all throw in. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions of 50% for all contributors. Yay!

What I'll need from you

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it! My goal is to make this all as easy as humanly possible so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses.

1. Basic Information

The first thing I’ll need is some very basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page.

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

2. Presentation

Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-30 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap. Practical type sessions work really great.

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
  • A mixture of the two
  • Tutorial style

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A quick introduction
  • An overview of your topic
  • Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
  • Teaching section
  • Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
  • Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch (see our tips on getting the most possible opt-ins here)
  • Include questions for attendees to answer in the chat box throughout to boost engagement

3. Worksheet

We'll be creating a workbook for All-Access Pass holders. You can contribute any questions that go along with your presentation if appropriate to enhance engagement and encourage action-taking. You can also add links or a CTA to this worksheet if you'd like.

If you want to create something for everyone, you're welcome to do that as well. We can add the link to the chat or use this as a lead magnet for you.

4. The Launch & Leads PremiumPack  Contribution

The Launch & Leads PremiumPack  will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running and an awesome way to get more leads into your business. (Learn more here.)

To make it even more valuable, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • Templates
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-3 month memberships

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate. Contributing something that aligns with the summit usually gets awesome conversions. (Please note that coupon codes requiring customers to purchase your offer for a discount cannot be accepted.)

Anyone who does contribute a premium resource (aka not something you're giving away for free somewhere else) will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.

Information for these resources is due along with your presentation on 19 September. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.

5. Promotion

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on 26 September

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any Launch & Leads All Access or PremiumPack sales (50% if you've contributed a premium bonus). We'll also have a leaderboard for registrations.

6. Live Participation

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

All I ask is that you participate in the chat during your presentation slot and interact in the Facebook group throughout the week to help attendees stay excited and engaged.

While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.

Affiliate Details

 W hile summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the Launch & Leads All Access Pass and PremiumPack where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by 28 October 2022.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers
  • 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus 

The pricing structure will be:

  • All-Access Pass
    • $47 for 30 minutes after initial registration
    • $77 from 26 September - 10 October 2022
    • $97 from 10-19 October 2022
  • Launch & Leads PremiumPack
    • $77 for 30 minutes after initial registration
    • $97 from 26 September - 10 October 2022
    • $127 from 10-19 October 2022

We will also have an affiliate leaderboard where we'll track registrations numbers, and award cash prizes to the top 3 speakers who bring in the most registrations. This means the top speakers who promote will be rewarded regardless of whether those registrations convert into sales. 

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
